Q: Is the consultation really free?

Yes. The first consultation is entirely free and with no obligation. It's there so we can both see whether we're the right fit before you pay anything.

Q: Why do you give 'from' prices?

Every case is different. A straightforward first-time case requires less work than a complicated tricky case. That's why we give a fixed price after the consultation, once we know what your specific case requires.

Q: Are the government fees included in the price?

No. Government fees such as the application fee and the game conservation fee are paid directly to the authority and fall outside our fee. We always itemize them separately so you see the full picture.

Q: Can the price change during the case?

No, not without checking with you first. You get a fixed price in the quote. Should the case grow substantially, we always come back with a new proposal before we proceed.

Q: What happens if my case is rejected?

We can never guarantee a decision, since it's the authority that decides. However, we always go through your options honestly in the consultation, and we're happy to help you with an appeal if it becomes relevant.
